Your mission

Mundimoto is a profitable start-up that buys, repairs, and sells motorbikes. It has moved from selling 50 motorbikes to 1000 per month in one year, and we're projecting a 10x growth during 2022 through expanding operations in Spain and Europe. We're looking for an Associate Software engineer who can collaborate with a team with end-to-end ownership to analyze the company's process and build modern services that can scale and automate operations from acquisition, factory, repair shop, and sales. The engineering team is growing from 15 to 30 engineers in the next six months, and we project to be 70 by the end of the year. We move fast, have 22M in investment, and the engineering team is critical for the company's enormous growth.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to bring product ideas to life.
• Build infrastructure that powers the world's best-used motorbikes online platform.
• Own and drive high-level features from planning through implementation, be involved in all stages of the software development lifecycle, and solve complex technical challenges.
• Raise the bar and drive technological innovations to keep MundiMoto at the cutting edge.
• Build robust, lasting, and scalable products with our tech stack that is composed of Python and React services that are deployed into K8s inside AWS.
• Work across teams to understand product requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and deliver the solutions needed to build innovative products.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of software development experience.
